Amanda works with companies at the intersection of strategy, operations and finance, helping companies make the right business decisions for the long term.  

In 2019 she founded Spring Advisory Services, a boutique management consulting firm with a private equity angle that helps start-ups and lower middle market companies grow and scale effectively, fund managers raising their first or second fund, and as advisor to institutional investors on their private market strategies.   

For over 20 years she was a partner at GoldPoint Partners, NY Life's captive PE firm where she invested over $1 billion in US mid-market companies. She has experience investing in funds, term loans, subordinated debt, preferred stock and common equity most often in leverage buyouts and growth equity situations. Amanda is a very creative problem solver, looking for practical solutions that suit the situation at hand.

She started her career at Goldman Sachs in the equity research department learning fundamental business analysis.

She is currently on Vintage Investment Partners corporate advisory board, Spring Advisory client boards, and chair of the audit committee of FWAC, a publicly traded SPAC. She loves traveling, reading, contemporary art, cooking and drinking tequila, recently joining up with friends to start a farm-to-bottle agave spirits company based in Israel.

She is married and a mother to three sons.
